Namaskaar.
This is a share of one of my early experiences of Nitinmama's Grace, and how everything HE says is significant, even if it is said in our dreams.
This happened in 2005 when Nitinmama was in the US, and I was in Pune. I used to update HIM about my progress in applying for PhD programs abroad over email.
I had given the TOEFL exam to strengthen my PhD application (TOEFL is an exam testing your English language skills) and was eagerly waiting for the results. I needed the TOEFL certificate to complete an application and the deadline for it was approaching fast. Each day I'd check if we got it in the post.
On the final day of submission when I absolutely had to post my application, just as I was waking up, I dreamt that Nitinmama was standing leaning against a balcony wall and looking out. Happy to see HIM, I went to stand next to HIM. HE turned to me, nodded, and said तुझं आलय हं (it has come).
I woke up instantly and without a second thought, without even brushing my teeth, ran down to check the mailbox. It was still too early for the postman to come and there were no results in there. Disappointed, I came back up and began my day and didn't tell anyone what had happened.
However, later in the day, the results were brought to our doorstep by the postman! I was doubly overjoyed to see I had gotten a high score of 297/300!! I dashed off the application by courier, but this incident made me realize 2 things:
1. EVERYTHING HE says is important and true, even if it is in a dream.
2. I have to have faith in HIS Words, if HE has said it, it will happen. May not be in the way I expect it/ even understand it.
I later read in one of Saint's books that it is a big thing to see Siddhas in our dreams and that it was not an experience to be taken lightly.
I strive to give that same importance when I see HIM (even in a dream) and most of all, to have faith in HIS Words. Several times over HE has demonstrated to me how every word HE says comes true and yet I don't accept it as ब्रम्हवाक्य when HE is actually uttering it (or even later when I remember it). To that, HE says that more NaamSmaran is needed. I have a long way to go but HE is with me, nevertheless.
